We have had several customers and readers write us and state that they did not understand the ratings at the top each article.  Some were even under the impression that this was some kind of rating for the product that the article was about. This is not the case.

So here is what the ratings actually mean .

You will notice that most articles have a rating selection at the bottom of each article.  This allows you our customers./ readers to let us know how you rated each article or how useful you found it to be.

Then these ratings are shown at the top of each article as a way of letting new readers know how former readers liked the article or how useful they found the article to be.
